I also provide hourly representation for businesses and individulas involved in or who are considering litigation.  In most instances, my hourly rate for these types of services is $150.00 per hour with a varying retainer depending upon the scope of the work proposed which will be spelled out in a detailed fee agreement to avoid any surprises.
