Flat Fee Litigaton Through Trial

The MSJ has been reschuled for April 4th, and we have agreed to an expedited discovery schedule.  A joint statement of the case states:

Plaintiff applied with the Los Angeles Police Department(LAPD) and Los Angeles County Sheriffs (LASD) Department for a permit to carry a concealed weapon pursuant to Cal. Pen. Code 12050. Plaintiff was denied a permit for failing to state good cause, as required by Cal. Pen. Code 12050 and LAPD and Los Angeles Sheriffs Department policy. Plaintiff alleges both polices are unconstitutional as applied to him under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. Defendants maintain that each of their policies respectively are in compliance with the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution, and were appropriately and legally applied to Plaintiff.
